More than a physical practice

I do not have to tell you how in love with yoga I am these days!

It helped me with my back problems; helped me with my emotional wellbeing and help me find focus.

Yoga is ancient. This wellbeing and educational system, includes proven advice on bodyweight physical practice, and emotional and mental practices from values, breathing, focus and mindfulness/meditation techniques.
